We wanted to assure you that through this tough time, our location will remain open for you to inspect, bid, and pick up your inventory. For the Safety of our Valued Clients we are pleased to announce our Live Simulcast Auctions to enable online bidding and full participation in our Live weekend Auctions

  • If you did not get a chance to preview our cars on Friday You can still attend our preview to check the cars during the Registration and Inspection times before the Auctions start.  
  • Cars will be released the same day after the auction up until the following Tuesday at 5pm

BREAK DOWN OF FEE STRUCTURE 


 

The following Fees will be added to all winning bids:

 

1) 15% buyer premium 

2) $85 Document Processing Fee 

3) $58.25 Smog ($50 smog and $8.25 smog certificate) 

4) California Sales Tax based on your county/city of residence (to be safe add 10%) 

5) DMV Registration Fees including but not I limited to title tags weight and other related fees which may be applicable on the vehicle purchased.

BREAK DOWN OF FEE STRUCTURE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rules:

we immediately collect a nonrefundable $1000 deposit for each vehicle purchased/won that will go towards the final balance

If payment arrangements are not made and full payment has not been received by the en of the day credit/debit card on file will be charge

must be 18 years of age or older to register

entry and registration is free

we accept cash, credit (3% surcharge for credit card), debit, pre approved loans and we will be set up to provide in-house financing in the near future

use of any outside tools or scanners is completely prohibited 

vehicles purchased must be paid for in full the day of purchase for immediate release, or the buyer can put down 25% of the total balance and get a 3-day extension to pay the rest of the balance and have the vehicle released to them upon finalization of payment.

all vehicles are sold as-is 

inspection time to be used to do ones due diligence in familiarizing with vehicles before purchasing 

dealer's must bring DMV permit, copy of dealer bond and copy of sales license, with proof of ownership of their dealership 

regular attendees must bring a valid government issued ID or drivers license 

person who intends to have vehicle registered under their name must be present at the time of vehicle release 

no checks of any kind will be accepted 

no refunds of any kind, all sales are final

walkaways will risk losing 25% of the cash price of the vehicle as well as their nonrefundable $1000 deposit
